Artist Studio Rental Opportunity

St George’s Arts Centre is seeking a multi-disciplinary artist to rent our studio space and become part of our growing creative community.

This is an exciting opportunity for an artist looking for an affordable workspace while actively contributing to the artistic life of the Arts Centre and wider local community.

Studio Details:

·       Size: approx. 5m x 5m, unfurnished.

·       Rent: £275 pcm.

·       In addition to the rent, the successful artist will be expected to provide two free workshops per month for the community, sharing skills, techniques, and creative practices.

·       Tenancy is available from September 2026.

·       12-month renewable contract with 2-month notice period.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an artist who:

·       Is a multi-disciplinary practitioner, able to offer a variety of engaging workshops across different mediums or creative disciplines.

·       Is enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and skills through accessible and inspiring workshops.

·       Is keen to become actively involved in the local arts community.

·       Is interested in contributing to and engaging with the wider activities, events, and creative environment of St George’s Arts Centre.

·       Brings a collaborative, positive attitude and is excited to be part of a vibrant creative space.

This opportunity is ideal for an artist who wants not only a studio space, but also to build connections, support community creativity, and play an active role in the life of St George’s Arts Centre.
