Gravesend and District Theatre Guild (registered charity: 1112523) present the hysterical romp, The Crown Jewels. Written by Simon Nye (Men Behaving Badly), The Crown Jewels re-tells the scarcely believable but true story of Colonel Thomas Blood who decided to steal the Crown Jewels in plain sight from the Tower of London in 1671.
Full of smutty humour, inuendo, slapstick comedy and ridiculousness, it makes for a light-hearted fun night at a local community theatre.
The production forms part of the Kent Drama Association Festival and will be adjudicated on the Friday Night.
Tickets available direct from the Guild’s website: HOME | My Site
Please note, this production contains adult humour and is not suitable for children.
